Ring Row
Cues:
Adjust rings so your pulling angle is perpendicular to the strap angle
Squeeze the scaps together first and then pull the rings deep to the armpits
Work with the mentality that you can always get a little bit more scap retraction
Use an angle that allows for a full depth rows
Keep the ribs down with strong abs and extend through the upper back
Mistakes:
Pulling at inconsistent angles
Pulling arms first without scap activation
Using too difficult of an angle that creates a shortened range of motion
Arching the back excessively/allowing the ribs to flare open with the pull
