Zack Height is a movement specialist and handstand coach with a focus on the mechanics and artistry of hand balancing. His approach bridges strength, body awareness, and intentional movement with the goal of making the handstand accessible and deeply rewarding at every level of practice.
More than simply completing drills repetitively, it is Zack’s approach to facilitate a coherent understanding, both intellectually as well as somatically, in order to develop deeper learning and absorption of knowledge through training and focused practice.
Zack brings a combined knowledge of not only hand balancing, but also movement, strength and conditioning, and yoga to his teaching.
