Wrist Warm Up
Cues:
Work through the positions shown in the video in a freestyle manner
Spend additional time in positions that are tight or stiff for you individually
Progressively load more pressure into the wrists as you go to warm up and loosen the tissues and prepare them for training
Mistakes:
Working through without focusing on where your wrists are tight
Staying light the entire set and not gradually building pressure
Zoning out and going through the motions without attention to detail
