Straddle Roll Up
Cues:
Start in a hollow with shoulders down and feet as low as possible
Straddle wide, keeping the feet as low as possible, and bring them around to the top
Roll up until you touch the feet to the floor
Reverse as slow as possible 10s is a good general time, but slower is great
Imagine trying to drag the feet on the ground around the outside
Mistakes:
Bending knees
Not pointing toes
Creating momentum, or dropping the legs on the way down
Failing to straddle as wide and low as your abilities allow
