Passive Hang
Cues:
Relax as much as possible through the entire body
Breathe deeply and use each out breath to further relax and allow gravity to lenthen your body
You can allow feet to rest behind you on a box if your grip is not strong enough to hold for at least 60s in a set
Mistakes:
Adding tension to the hang through bending elbows, contracting scaps, bracing abs, etc
